Updating ATRF-CS
Every August, ATRF updates the ATRF-CS “build” (or version), which contains changes to contribution rates, if applicable, and to the Alberta Teachers’ Association (ATA) fees. ATA fees typically change each year, so it’s important to make sure your ATRF-CS is updated with the latest build to reflect the new fees. Please ensure you update your remittances and payroll with the new deductions reflecting the new contribution rates and ATA fees. The new contribution rates effective September 1, 2022 are available on our website.
When the build update is available at the end of August, we will send you a reminder email with instructions on how to install it. The software download is also in the employer section of the website. Note: the current build of ATRF-CS is 551.
Don’t forget to create new schedules for administration staff, teachers, and substitute teachers for the 2022-2023 school year. Instructions on how to create new schedules can be found in our ATRF-CS User Manual.
