The Importance of Updating Your Contact Information
As a valued member of ATRF, your journey with us is a lifelong partnership and staying connected is crucial. That’s why we’re reminding you about the importance of keeping your contact information up to date.
Hint: We recommend providing a personal email address rather than your work account to avoid firewall issues and to prevent lost contact when changing employers or transitioning to retirement.
When Should I Contact ATRF to Update My Information?
It’s important to update your information if:
- you change your email address, mailing address, or phone number.
- there is a change to your relationship status.
- you want to make a change to your beneficiaries and/or their contact information.
How to Update Your Information
Updating your information is simple and secure in the MyPension member portal.
