The New ATRF Website Glossary

When you’re looking for information about your pension, technical pension terms you’re not familiar with can stop you in your tracks. Taking time to research complicated pension terminology means precious minutes away from your classroom, your family, your free time, or your retirement. We want to give that time back to you by providing everything you need on the same page.

ATRF’s new website glossary is easy to use, and if it’s not needed, easy to ignore. Hover over a word that is highlighted in green and you will see the definition of the term pop up. Move your mouse and the definition will disappear. If you aren’t interested in the term, just move on down the page and continue reading. No need to deal with pop-up windows you need to close; the glossary feature just disappears the moment you’re finished with it.

If you’re on a phone or tablet, just tap the term to see the definition, then tap again to dismiss the definition.

Our new site is compliant with the strictest accessibility standards, meaning you can view it on any kind of device. The glossary is compatible with screen readers, for example, so you never need to worry about missing any text. View all the glossary terms.
