Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources the Recruitment Specialist's main responsibility will be full cycle recruitment for the various departments within ATRF. This role will also provide back up to the Payroll Specialist and assist the Manager, Human Resources with varies duties such as developing new HR programs and practices, counseling management and employees on HR policies, practices, and programs and making annual updates to employee manuals and policy guides. The Recruitment Specialist will also administer the employee Service Award program and participate in ATRF committees including the Corporate Events Committee, Employee Recognition, Charitable Initiatives Committee, and Corporate Challenge. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment. This position also requires excellent collaboration and communication skills, while demonstrating strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. A post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or related discipline is required.
