Executive Assistant to CEO and VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

The Alberta Teachers' Retirement Fund Board (ATRF) requires a full-time Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary (VP, GC & CS) to join our dynamic, team-oriented organization.

The Executive Assistant will report to the VP, GC & CS and is responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO the VP, GC & CS and the Board of ATRF. This position will provide support to the Corporate Secretary by assisting with Board and committee meetings, recording minutes, managing schedules and preparing board materials. Responsibilities also include coordinating schedules and meeting activities, making travel arrangements, preparing/editing correspondence and assisting with the preparation of meeting materials.

The successful candidate will have completed a 2-year Administrative Assistant or Paralegal Studies Diploma; with at least 5 years of related work experience, or have a combination of other educational backgrounds and related years of experience. This position requires excellent knowledge of board protocols, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and prioritize,  all while maintaining  a high level of professionalism and discretion.
